Today was a special day at Team National,  we celebrated Halloween early, with costume contests and prizes. It is wonderful that we work in an environment where fun and friendly competition is encouraged. Even though we had work to do, with our clown answering phones, our jailbird carefully reviewing the upcoming E-News and Elvis managing TN Factory Direct, we still had an exciting day filled with laughter.

There are so many things that set our work atmosphere apart from other companies. Once a week, the company buys all of the employees lunch. Once a month as birthdays are celebrated with cupcakes, we are read all of the encouraging comments that have come in from the field as an affirmation of all of our hard work. We are thanked and rewarded when we perform well. Each of us is considered more than a team, we are part of the Team National family.

Our Leader, Angela does more than work to secure the success of the company. She works to make sure each one of us is successful as well, whether in our professional or personal life, she leads us to grow. Angela, as with all of our VPs and Managers are approachable and caring. We have the greatest bosses!

Even with the daily tasks and occasionally high workloads, the Team National Corporate employees can’t lose sight of how blessed we are to work for such a wonderful company. No matter the job function, we go about our jobs knowing that we and the company are changing lives. It gives us purpose and a sense of accomplishment that makes our positions more than jobs.
