At Team National, we have a unique advantage because we consistently receive feedback and accompanying recommendations from our loyal members. It is through this interactive process that we often recognize opportunities to enhance our membership offerings. 

Due to this dynamic interaction, we have been hard at work helping IMDs attract and engage business owners by implementing or improving the following business features:

     
      •  We have a new and improved Business Benefits video, which now includes Angela’s 
        corporate introduction.

      •  BE Mobile is our FREE Business Exchange mobile app. This tool allows our members to 
         locate Business Exchange members on the go. The search results are displayed by 
         distance and  include our newest feature, BE Bargain, which is a special deal offered by 
         our business members. Add BE Mobile to your iPhone, iPad or Android devices by 
         accessing IMD Resources and clicking on the Download Manager, or by scanning our BE Mobile QR Code.

      •  BE Mobile also houses the Business Benefits video, Business Solutions video, ADP press release call, and 
         the recent business-related Big N Updates and conference calls.

      •  New businesses on the Business Exchange online directory will receive a NEW! icon next to their listing for 
         30 days, at which time their listing will be displayed toward the top of the applicable search results.

      •  We have automated the ADP quotation process. Members can now complete a brief form and ADP will 
          respond with a free quote within five business days.

      •  We have updated the Dealer Recruiting video, and the associated PowerPoint presentation. These tools will 
         better equip IMDs when they are approaching warm market, prospective auto, motorcycle, RV, ATV, etc. 
         dealers.

      •  We are completely redesigning our business brochure. It will include TN Business Exchange, TN Business 
         Solutions, the Dealer Mall, ADP, TN Factory Direct, TN Television, Big N Marketplace and the Heath Discount 
         Card benefit. It will truly be an all-inclusive, business-focused marketing piece that will be available at our 
         August 2-5 National Convention in Orlando!
